3. Refund Policy

ATM Academy offers courses that are provided as an all-in-one software package, which means that once enrolment fees are paid access to the Course is final. We do not provide a refund of any enrolment fees or other fees paid regardless of whether you complete the Course once enrolled. Users who are removed from the Course for breaches in any of these Terms and Conditions are not eligible for a refund of any kind. ( ATM, when used as a short form, represents ATM Academy always). 

4. Placements depend on the outcome of students' training and also vacancy availability. ATM Academy or its associates or representatives do not guarantee or offer employment.

5. Availability of the Services

Although we aim to offer you high-quality Services we cannot promise that the Services will meet your specific needs or be fault-free. If an error or fault occurs with the Services then we will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue and restore the Services as soon as we reasonably can.

6. Academic Integrity 

You are expected to complete any assignments, quizzes, and assessments independently. If you are found to have committed plagiarism, you will be removed from the Course and will not be awarded a certificate. In accordance with clause 3, no refund will be offered if you are removed from the Course.

7. Website Terms of Use 

 Through your use of the ATM academy website (“the Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from the ATM Academy. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use.

8. Revisions and Errata

 The materials appearing in any of ATM’s Services or website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ATM does not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. ATM may make changes to materials contained at any time without notice. ATM does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

9. Disclaimer

The Services and all materials provided on ATM’s website are provided as-is. ATM makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, GTA does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the Services or Materials on its Site or otherwise relating to materials on any sites linked to the Site. Any information that has become obsolete during the period of the course may be condoned.

10. User License 

 Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site is owned by ATM Academy and our affiliates or licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The Site is provided solely for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not download the materials (information or software) from our website and you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials 
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ATMs website or courses.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server.
• This license shall automatically terminate if any of these restrictions are violated, if your access to the Services is suspended or cancelled for any other reason, and may be terminated by ATM at any time. Upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

11. Limitations

In no event shall ATM or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for personal injury or loss of property, loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

ATM may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, including the website Terms of Use. By using the Site or our Services, you agree to be bound by any updated version of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Miscellaneous

ATM reserves the right to use feedback and images provided or shared by those who use our Services for marketing and promotion purposes, within the bounds of our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions and the Services provided pursuant to these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Indian Judiciary and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian Courts specifically Telangana state. Any disputes to be settled in Telangana courts only.

15. Students from other Geographical areas may find some information on visas and passports for example that may not apply to their region this needs to be ignored as the module teaches the international standard information but certain rules governing Indian passengers' travel may be in more detail.
